Offener Brief an AOL in Sachen Kundenfreundlichkeit

Liebe AOL,

nun bin ich schon so lange bei dir Mitglied, und dennoch schottest du dich ab wie Rapunzel, und ich finde nicht mal lange Haare zum Raufklettern.

Da ist also, beispielsweise das:

Da kann ich also in deiner Gruppe in die Betreff-Zeile schreiben, nicht aber in das Inhaltsfeld. Und als ich das über die Betreffzeile melden will, kommt -- irgendwie höhnisch -- die Aufforderung, doch irgendwas zum Inhalt einzugeben. Man kommt sich doch ein wenig vera... vor. Mit Recht, oder?

Gehen tut's übrigens um das: Ich habe vor Tagen eine Mail bekommen, die ich als Pishing-Versuch einstufen würde. Und da wollte ich halt mal fragen, ob ich da richtig liege. Ich kopiere jetzt hier ein und nehme alle Links raus. Um nicht andere in Gefahr zu bringen.
